Rating, points and levels
How to earn rating points?
You can earn rating points for trips at all rates: per minute, packages, and also for trips by subscription. You can also get points for inviting friends and even for taxi rides via the Citydrive app.
Trips at per minute and package rates
Points are awarded for each rent. The number of points depends on the cost of the trip, the number of rents in the previous month and your way of driving.
Rating points are awarded for all trips, the cost of which is at least 50 rubles and the length of at least 1 km.
The cost of the ride
The higher the cost of the trip, the more rating points you get
The number of rides
The more rides you make during the month, the more rating points you get in the next period.
We analyze the driving style of each user based on the data collected by the equipment installed in Citydrive cars. Smart algorithms can award you 2 extra points for a quiet ride without traffic violations. At the same time you can lose rating points for sharp braking and acceleration, as well as for speeding.
Rents by subscription
Points are awarded depending on how many minutes were used on the trip.
If all the minutes of the subscription are used, then points are awarded according to the following scheme:
Subscription "60 minutes": 60 minutes = 12 rating points Subscription "30 minutes": 30 minutes = 8 rating points
If you continued your trip at a per-minute rate, then we will make 2 accruals: rating points for using the subscription and for the per-minute part of the trip.
If you have used only a part of the minutes of the subscription, then the number of rating points will be calculated in proportion to the minutes spent.
Are there other ways to earn points?
For inviting friends
Each invited friend who rents a Citydrive car will give you 10 rating points.
Rating points for taxi rides
Each Citydrive taxi ride that costs more than 50 rubles will give you 2 or more rating points depending on the cost of your ride.

How can you lose rating points?
The rating can not only upgrade, but also downgrade. This can happen for several reasons:
Delay of payments
If you are late in paying for a rent or a taxi, any fine or other payments, then 2 rating points will be deducted for every 24 hours of delay in payment.
For each penalty received, you can lose rating points. The number of points depends on the amount of penalty.
For the first vehicle impoundment, you can lose from 15 to 100 rating points. The number of points deducted depends on whether you returned the car by yourself or not. For all subsequent vehicle impoundments, you can lose from 25 to 100 rating points.
It is better not to get into an accident at all. However, anything happens!
For the first accident by your fault, you can lose up to 50% of all points, depending on the amount of car damage. All points may be lost for subsequent accidents.
You can lose from 1 to 5 rating points per trip for sharp braking and acceleration, creating emergency situations on the road and critical exceeding the permitted speed.
